Therapy for when life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming
A safe, supportive space to slow down, talk things through, and gently find your way forward.
If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply not yourself lately, you don’t have to carry it alone. Therapy can help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and reconnect with a sense of clarity and calm.
Nice to meet you
Hi, I’m Sam
I’m a qualified therapist supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or emotionally stuck.
In your early 30s, life can feel like a lot - careers, relationships, motherhood, identity shifts, pressure to “have it together”, and very little space to actually breathe. My work is about creating that space. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement or expectation.
You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Sometimes you just need someone to sit with you while you untangle things.

How I Can Help
You might be here because:
-
Anxiety feels constant or exhausting
-
You’re overthinking everything and struggling to switch off
-
You feel burnt out, emotionally drained, or disconnected
-
Life looks “fine” on the outside, but doesn’t feel that way inside
-
You’re navigating big changes - relationships, motherhood, identity, work
-
You’re tired of coping and want real support
Therapy with me is gentle, collaborative, and paced around you. We’ll work together to understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns - and find ways to support your nervous system, build self-trust, and feel more grounded in daily life.
Therapy with her feels calm, safe, and genuinely supportive. I always leave sessions feeling lighter and more grounded.
Hannah.
She has such a gentle way of listening that makes it easy to open up. I finally feel understood without being judged or rushed.
Laura.
This space feels like a pause from the noise of everyday life. Her approach is thoughtful, reassuring, and deeply grounding.
Emily.

My Approach
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our sessions are shaped around your experiences, your pace, and what feels right for you.
I work in a way that is:
-
Compassionate and non-judgemental
-
Trauma-aware and emotionally safe
-
Practical as well as reflective
-
Focused on understanding, not “fixing” you
You’re not broken. Something in you is responding to life, and together we’ll explore that with care.
